We are looking for IT Help Desk Technical Support to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Experience on PC & Peripherals Support, Lan & basic Server SupportKnowledge of Internet/Intranet, call centers, cabling/infrastructure, remote access, with experience in TCP/IP configuration and administrationDetailed experience in troubleshooting and configuring computer platforms, Windows 7/10, Office 2013/19, software applications based on networked pcAdminister end-user workstations and support end-user activities utilizing TCP/IP on a primarily Microsoft Windows-based local area network (LAN)Install, upgrade & administer desktops, security updates, and patches.Knowledge with Active Directory, Windows Server 2003-2019, a basic understanding of DNS, and DHCP.Investigates user problems and identifies their source; determines possible solutions; tests and implements solutions.Maintain procedural documentation/follow-up for repairs on hardware issues.Requirements:Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant positionDegree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant fieldIn-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networksCertification as IT Technician its a Plus (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
